like anything the first few weeks of something new is always the worst. then you get used to it. (doenst mean its easy but your body is more efficient and can recover faster after some adaptations have taken place)

It's just 2 weeks, I want to see what level the body will produce ketones at such an aweful ratio. To be honest I'm not hungry, but by nature you feel like you want to eat something. I imagine the same way someone who fasts wants to eat something when they're sucking down black coffee.

My energy seems fine in the gym, but recovery is definitely harder. Been sore as hell from the squats I did on tuesday.

Bodyfat is lower 14-15% right now, but I feel softer with the defecit which is expected. Will be changing protocols in about 3 weeks once my 12 week cycle of carbnite is done.
