I've lost 24lbs in the last 17 weeks, and eat all kinds of "bullshit"...

The eye of newt is unneeded...

30 minutes on a stepmill burns like 450cals...

Recording your weight lifting as a burn is kinda lame... Training should just be part of your TDEE...

In Wayne's defense, there's not a lot wrong with his protocol (other than I think his fat intake is way too high).

IMO, the problem is a simple lack of dieting discipline and too much haphazardness in his weight lifting/cardio routine. One is an easy fix; the other not so much.
