70 days Wayne, give it a go!

Rather impressive if legit, although I have no idea what the plan is he followed. I didn't bother to look into it.

from day 62 to 69 his stomach got way shredded. 7 days? obviously it was more than that but that was a huge change. Hes obviously found his sweet spot or its like most other of these things not shared(like the actual amt of time it took or other products)...and with you being bombarded with 6packsecrets and 6packlife bullshit these guys trying to make a buck. they are worse than tinfoil hat and investing websites. click here and you will find out the secrets!11wonqoeoene1. followed by bullshit and endless follow the link to nowhere to an eventual if you sign up now and pay $199 we will tell you the secrets!!!!!!!!
I've seen some quick and noticeable changes regarding fat/water loss in people who were already rather lean. But I agree, that video is definitely exaggerated.
Just trying to light a spark for the OP who is now what....8 months on this protocol?
This guy's transformation seems more legit. 60lb loss and that ripped in 5 months is impressive.

I actually did click the links earlier this morning and yes, they had me all over the place. More vids, more links, but still no fucking clue what the actual program was....I gave up.
I think it's a fucking network marketing/pyramid scam.

I'd imagine it has something to do with IF.
I found that link posted on an IF Facebook page.
Nope. I torrent'ed the PDF. Almost 100 out of 134 pages are workout log sheets and pictures showing you how to do exercises (stop the squat at parallel?). Anyway it says to eat 6 times a day to "keep the metabolism high". Fruit and vegetables, lean meat, etc. The "blaze" program is low calorie, as low as 1200 a day with 90/150/27 p/c/f. I like the exact recommendation of 46 seconds rest between sets, for some reason I found it odd.

There are also programs for slower fat loss, maintenance, and weight gain. I'm guessing mr 70 day fat loss man ran the low cal program. They base it off of your goal weight; the 1200 cal figure is for a goal of 150 lbs. But they never mention training history, current body composition, etc.
