Speaking of back to basics, this would be a nice back to basics car. RHD though......

Convert to LHD and wow. sikh ride.

fanboi bucket list would be checked off. Don't know if converting to LHD would be worth it...at that point, may as well hunt and overpay for a USDM version.

clean, low mileage LHD DC2-ITR are $$$
The one you see going for $10,000-$13,000 are not in the best shape, probably repainted and have some rust (Screamin')
There was one for sale in Vancouver with 78,000 km asking $39,900

you can do a LHD conversion with a spot weld drill bit and a shitty canadian tire welder. could probably do the entire conversion in a weekend.

this with a k-swap would give me a boner.

I did say that his "back to basics" stuff was pure B.S.

Also his: The TL is too long ! Goes and buys a Venza that's 7mm shorter than the TL.

Ok... maybe 7mm is a BIIIIIGGG deal when you spend weekends adding 2ft to your one car garage.

Same chassis as the SportWagen, but it's raised up, different dampers, etc.
