So far things have been going well, the diet is very managable. The weekends I tend to plan my macro's around one shit meal. I've gotten plenty of ideas for satiating carb filled foods that kill any hunger cravings. But I've been a little shitty about my water intake on the weekends as my piss looks like beer when I wake up.

Going to crush some squats right now and share some video since I know you critical fucks love seeing squats. and my tits.
