Two things, who are these skinny lightweight people 137 keeps referring to? Me and impulsive are both taller stronger and heavier than 137.

Hell, I'm taller stronger and heavier than diesel too


And diesel, I could shave my chest, do 100 pushups and use a tripod mounted camera too and take glamor shots and look better than I did in 2009 right now. I grabbed my cellphone and took random on the spot pictures in less than awesome angle mirrors.

Also don't talk shit i'm taller stronger and heavier than you too


Ill give u the body fat edge right now but, thats about it. And im still shreds.

I should've done more on the backsquat + set, I had at least 2-3 more reps in me, but I ended up hurting my butthole last time I did 275 for 10 LOL.

I noticed my heels were coming up a bit driving out of the hole, adjusted to a slightly wider stance on the final set to alleviate that.
