No time to write my life story, so here's where we're at:
1) 6mth contract @ Crown Corporation, as an IT Lead. Mad money Choco-style. - Must incorporate, potential OT pay - Director is go-getter, though may or may not help out a contractor - Asked me during interview if I was interested in project management. I said HELLS YEAH but I think recruiter is hunting for someone (I'm hoping director will see that I'm awesome and offer me a new role after 6 mths.) - She's a smart cookie, also an adjunct prof at a local uni. Has an agency background so we can 'connect' with the lingo 'n shit... - New industry (good thing), as I've been in (ad) agency for too long, and employers who know agency 'discount' any experience you have. ("Oh, you were a contractor there, and you sub'd in for PM and IT Manager? But of course you did....")
2) 6mth contract @ ad firm, project manager - Cannot incorporate, no benefits (that's ok?), paid vacation, extra long weekends - Superb boss, loves me, loves everyone - Not MAD money, but decent enough considering I'm jumping into a new job profile, which is what I want/need/yearn for - While still an (ad) agency, they're one of the larger ones, so it's less bullshit. More client-facing stuff. All the ladies dress well here
Potential for renewal after the 6 mths? Both are probably yes. (Probably easier to get full time @ agency since I'm direct, versus @ Crown I'm thru their preferred recruiting agency.) Location-wise, both are downtown; I'd still have to pay for GO + TTC.
Regardless of where I end up, if PM is where I want to be sooner rather than later, I'd have to be at that place for 1.5-2 years for it to have any weight in my experience portfolio...
Decision was to have been made .... 4 days ago... Both offers still valid.
Priorities: - Everyone has a minimum price, everyone has a mortgage/Porsche/second wife to pay for. I prefer full time, but you get what you get. - I need to get out of the specific IT shit I'm doing; dying department... - I need to get out of agency sooner rather than later. You get sexy titles like Director, etc but it gets heavily discounted at times. Other times the pace is just insane.

ok
Both options kinda suck simply because you don't know where you will be after 6 months. I'd go with number one because a) money b) diversification c) learning from someone who seems to know their sh!t (very important to me - otherwise hard to grow)

You said to me you'd rather have 9-5 @ 150k than 60 hour weeks @ 200k

Pick the one that allows you to better help meet your career goals in the future. Don't worry too much about he money since it's only 6 months.
