I'm not saying not to look into test therapy, but how are things otherwise? Stress/lack of sleep/depression are all test killers. Something like Wellbutrin might give you a nice boost in all the areas you're complaining about.
I will say this, someone I know is on it and her libido is through the roof. lol She has plenty of energy and seems to have a good sense of well being too.

Sleep is ok...7-ish hours per night which should be fine. Stress is really the same as it's been for years. The biggest thing is just lack of motivation that I'm seeing, thought if I think about it, sex drive too.
Never heard of Wellbutrin, I'll look into it.

Edited my post, you can start there. Its an anti depressant but raises dopamine rather than the usual kill your sex drive anti depressants that raise seratonin.
Just read about all the good benefits of raising dopamine...

Food unfortunately doesn't do much for testosterone levels. I guess it can some, but not drastically if that's what's needed.
I actually had another appointment with a different clinic this morning and they took blood again, should have results early next week. It's been 2.5 months since the last test so I'm curious if levels have changed at all. I actually realized that the last test I took was shortly after working out that morning so the 413 could have actually been an elevated number vs normal (lifting weights apparently rises your testosterone for a time period after you're done working out).
I liked this clinic a lot better, it seemed much more medical/professional in their approach...went over complete medical history, did a physical exam whereas the first place was like "Ok lets start giving you shots!". It's also much more affordable at $35/week vs $63.50/week with the other place.

uhm, no food isn't going to do shit for you if you have shit test levels...
if he's legit low-T, then he needs HRT, and changing his diet isn't going to get him to "normal levels"...
that whole spinach deal...? you need to eat 2 FUCKING pounds a day everyday to supposedly get any benefit... seriously, who the fuck is doing that...? lellz...

The link OB1 posted was a good read and apparently the guy who wrote it up doubled his T count isn 3 months through his diet/exercise/other factors. But I wonder how many people's body would respond the say way? And if you have an actual medical condition, doing what he did wouldn't do shit I don't think...sounds more like he was eating like shit/not exercising/not sleeping etc which caused his T levels to sink and he was able to bring them back to normal for him, if that makes sense.
