Last week average weigh in: 199.51
This week average weigh in: 198.69

Down: on average... .82lbs

Ratcheting things up this week... adding a 4th cardio session and adding 50cals to each one... adding a total of 650 extra calories to my deficit...

New macros

65/400/250 - Training
65/350/250 - Off days
65/500/205 - Refeed (will be Saturday)

this will give me approximately another 1500 cals worth of deficit this week...

Should drop into the 197's by week's end...

had pizza yesterday, which i used estimated macros, and my weight went back up to 196.9 today... Prolly have to cut out pizza that I don't know the macros on for the time being...

Still down nearly 2lbs on average for the week so i'm not concerned about it... off training day today, but it's a refeed, and I also have a cardio session on tap for later...

Keeping the 4 MISS @ 450 cals, and adding 1 HIIT session...

Shooting for 195 by week's end... I hit a 195.6 mid week, but settled around 197 by the week's end...
