Hope to be able to even ride around the block this season lol. Hopefully the biking is considered good physio for my injury. If I'm allowed to do it I'll do it.

How's the recovery?

I took my bike out today, around the block. Did a cool 1.5 km with my daughter after school. Rode up some side streets and called them hill climbs. Haha.

Nice day for a ride today, wind was crazy doe.

I am tentatively signing people up: 4age, 4Three, 355, Wayne...Saturday or Sunday at 8am? Not excuses. I think I saw the donut group today, massive pack blasting down Leslie today at lunch.

It really isn't cold anymore.

I'm out for a few weeks. I'm just getting over another flu and haven't ridden a bicycle since September/October.

I don't ride or train in the off season.

I'd rather kill myself slowly than ride on a trainer.

^ I agree with you 100%

Have you tried rollers, it's a lot more bearable imo. It's not too hard to hold a 30 minute session, i couldn't last even a minute on a trainer.

Hey Risky,

I think we were aiming for mid day on Sunday...perhaps around 2pm or so.
Morning is too cold yo XD Though I do know that 4Three preferred am doe \:\(

RE: Training in the winter - I agree on all counts. Certainly not fun to ride indoors. My fitness sucks too. So let us be crappy together <3 more harder more better.

2pm should be double, maybe a bit earlier if possible doe? Ideally want to be done before lunch. Should be able to get a better idea by week's end.

Who is coming?

You should be able to keep up with all the training you did over the winter.

He spent a ton of cash on indoor training toys, he had to have used them, would be silly not to.

LOL i agree. I want to see choco version 2.0 this season.
That being said, I know 355-si has been mad training. I expect good things from him too XD

I don't understand why I have a mark on my back. I'm the smallest person in the group and I ride 1 gear. I'm a mal-nourished kid from china with a family tree comprising of child laborers. There is no special gene there XD

I just looked, choco has 2.6 hours on the trainer, hopefully the carbon wheels will make up for the lack of training lol.

I was impressed with Jay, he had a late start but stuck to it and put quite a few rides/hours in once he got rolling.

Wish I lived closer so I could show you guys how to really ride XDXDXDXD XDXDDDDDXDXDXDDDXDDXXDD

And also a screwed up piriformis muscle. Look it up, it might explain my low hours on the trainer.
