With the taxes saved on the trade-in I got market value. Picked up the M3 for under $40k not including trade obviously.
This is a 2008 sedan with 62k. Colour is sparkling graphite metallic, the only year this colour was offered. Car is fully loaded except for EDC. I think I'm getting old, the ride in this thing is pretty firm, EDC would have been nice to be able to drive in comfort mode lol.
Risky: had no choice but to buy it from TC, but I did get a hook up there so the experience was good for once LOL. I fucking hate TC with a passion too.

Ok I know you've beaten on E36 M3's in the past but let's do a session this summer, I want to drive an e90 M3...never have. I can offer up a '97 M3, '07 TL, '05 matrix, or '08 F150. Your call but I *need* to get the feels of dat M3.

No warranty. The only warranty issue this car has ever had was the rear side window shade that needed to be replaced because a clip broke lol. Car is super clean which is why I snatched it up.
