Enter more cyclocross races (Fall)
Don't slack on my core

Podium something lol. My best shot is the Alcatraz swim (s) or small local sprint triathlon. Got 3rd in one this year Otherwise looking to: (In order of importance to me)
Sub 2:30 oly tri (Slowtwitch forum says the best way to achieve this is to make sure the brakes are dragging sufficiently, this is not competitive but it would be an achievement for me, am probably close to this now but it would require a really good day) Sub 20:00 5k (70% age grade, eg hobby jogger common goal) Single 'A' 50/100 free in my age group (85% age grade) Complete first marathon (SF) sub 4:00 [lol] 1:45 -- 1:49:00 half marathon and <45:00 10k >300w 1-hr ftp bike test, and an easy <1:10 40k oly tri bike split Start making some 1:20/100 free intervals in the pool (I've been stuck on 1:30). I literally have no idea how I used to make 1:10 Sub 15% BF and >190#

I really don't know. Probably to have my cycling fitness and lifting strength simultaneously. Psychologically I lose interest in one while pursuing the other so I don't even really know what it takes to do it.

10km PR completing a run over 20 miles More trail running, maybe a trail 1/2. metric century on bike, maybe a real one? 1 road race on bike, improving CX performance to mid-pack Bouldering a V4 (indoor) 540 on board
Wouldn't mind getting my weight training back to moderate levels.

Now that i am almost 100% healthy i would like to rehab my lower back to try and get back to 400+dead and 335+squat without feeling like i am going to crack in half. Bench is alreayd back over 225 so im plenty happy about that at this time.

Weight loss of 15 lbs and adding 250 km to my total from last year.

Weight loss of 15 lbs and adding 250 km to my total from last year.
That's big mileage for MTB. Do that while eating wisely/consciously and I'll bet you hit the weight goal.

Get back to my 2015 low I gained 12lbs over the summer/fall due to stress eating/diet slacking even though I was far more active than normal. More lifting. More cycling. More effort. I'd love to get down to 185 by Christmas (-23lbs) First bike race is 1/31.
I've gained 12lbs in a few days from stress eating... Multiple times... Lol
