I was stuck at a max bench weight for 7 months, I think it was sort of a mental block or something. 5 weeks ago I finally got 10 pounds over it. As of yesterday I benched FOURTY pounds over the plateaued weight. Look who's in the 250 club now
I got up close to 170, then stopped bulking for the past few months so I'd have a vacation 6pack. I've started more of a clean bulk this time, aiming for the same 170-ish goal.
