Crossfit and diet. Was down to 175 about a month ago and A LOT leaner - you may remember my Slow Carb Diet Thread...which I still believe works really well ( http://forums.clubsi.com/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/8269759 )...but performance was suffering. Seems my body operates optimally right around 185...so while I'd like a little more abs, I like lifting heavier
