it's funny to hear this because this is the shit our dept's tell EXACTLY to the factory side!!! lol

trust me there is much going on from our end...

they study JD power often and push to move up the rankings...still pretty good as of now.

total price is $48,598 tax in for the tech, optioned the way I want it and warranty. pretty much just with the oem kit.

oh, didn't see this...ummm OP is adding shit to the car, THAT'S why it's becoming 48K no wonder...

dude any of that accessory shit is so expensive and will make the price jump huge. that's his doing, not the brand lol. dur.

OP added a $2k under body kit and $1k worth of Extended warranty

Without those add ons, it`s still a $45,000 front wheel drive 4 banger car.
But if you compare the price with similarily equipped German sedans, it`s probably cheaper, and people have no issues paying for those.

Well there may be a saving grace around the corner, but it's still a giant "we will see".

And that is that Ito is out and Hachigo is in.

Hachigo comes from a production background, as well as purchasing and some vehicle design, so he has had close dealings with the product and with the supply chain.

He is also less known than some other high profile people, so maybe he will be more focused at getting the job done than on political posturing.

Here's hoping.

Honda was once an absolutely brilliant car company... but sadly that brilliance has wavered since Soichiro-sensei passed away.

Ya that was kinda my point in that it is less performance for much more. Keep in mind that the price I listed was without HST while Titties price included it as well so add another 5k to the sum. Not sure if bmw has any kinda skirt package to compare to his TLX price too.

So the Acura is not so bad comparably.

It's in the same price range more or less...

Ok so where does the TLX fall in? Is it a 5 series competitor or a 3 series? Since there's no more TSX. I won't even bother mentioning the RLX LMFAO.

TL is a boat.

Worst part about owning a boat is a boat with the worst fawking turning radius on earth. 19 point turns needed to park into a regular parking space, fawk.

OP's 43k without taxes car comes with
-Heated front and rear seats
-Heated steering wheels
-Power folding mirrors
-Nav
-10 Speaker ELS audio
-Smart key
-Remote engine start from key fob
-LED headlights
-Moonroof
-Lane keeping assist and Blind spot info
-Premium Milano leather

Did you add all that to those cars?
and the size is more compatible to BMW 5 series or E class.

It's a 43k front wheel drive 4 banger, but comes with a shit load of options.

I just priced out a BMW 320i and optioned like the TLX and it's $49,100 without HST.
It doesn't include anything M.
But has 18" rims instead of TLX's 17"

C-class was $50k without AMG options.

So is it a good deal? Would you buy it for 43k XD
Would still rather pay 1k more and get an S3 doe. Or pay less and get a Golf R!
Or whatever, Focus RS! I'd even go so far to pick an IS250!!!

Real answer doe. Would rather buy 5x e36 m3's for that money XD

How's the S3 $1K more.
You are comparing a loaded Acura to a base S3.
You can also get a TLX for $35k and still comes with more options than the S3.

Depends where you want to spend your money.
For me, I am not interested in a base S3. I'd rather the spend more or wait a couple of years and get a fully loaded to the tits S3.

If you want a brand new car with all the convenience features and can live without high HP, you get a TLX.

If you want 300+ HP plus all the goodies for less than 50k, you get a Hyundai Genesis.

Gold R and Focus RS are not luxury 4 door sedans.
