8.2 miles this am.
i hit the 4.1 mile mark in just under 30:00 and finished in 60:xx without all that much effort.
im feeling pretty good

thanks for the kind words guys. you definitely keep me motivated on the days where im not feeling it
and i say take it off or run on your own, there will always be another 5k! no need to break the bank.

caught 9 innings, then DWalk, and DeeDubless played football with some friends for a few hours. I wish I didn't play the baseball game. I was cramping in the last third of our game.

Haha, dinner of champions. I don't think Ill ever get sub 20, but my end-all goal would be in the 23:xx range I think. That's a 4 minute drop from where Im at now.

Sub 20 is just a mindset and a lot of practice away. We both share that goal btw, I'd be the happiest dude on earth if I could break 20 mins in the 5k.
