Ive had this weird fucking pain in my right upper thigh, more toward the inside of the thigh, for the last 5-6 weeks and it's getting worse. I actually took a week off 3 weeks ago hoping it would help and it really didn't.
It's strange, if I squat with no weight I don't feel it but as soon as I add weight it's pretty bad. I only feel it on the way up and at the point where I'm almost stand back up, I'd say about 75% back. Today was the worse yet, the pain seemed to almost stretch into my right nut :/.
You guys have any ideas what it could be? Do I need to have it checked out? Just rest it and for how long? I'd hate having to take 2-3+ weeks off. If I need to to rest it, do I just stop doing squats or all exercised that use the legs (deadlift, cleans)?
Looking at this picture, I'd guess it's one of the addecteur muscles but wouldn't be able to say which one.

I'd say you are probably right. Either that or a groin pull. You may want to cycle in some yoga into your routine maybe on off days. Do you feel it on deads too?
You're going to get aches and pains. You have to be able to tell the difference between injury and minor ache. Start with ice and rest, then move to heat and a stretching.
I doubt it's serious. I haven't ran in like idk a few days or a week be because I pulled my right calf running on old uneven sidewalk.
