this is at 179.3 and dry and flat as a bone... took these upon waking Sunday morning... certain times of the day the vascularity in my legs is looking pretty gross, but cool at the same time...

Just want to bring in the glutes a little more and get some more separation in the quads and hammies, and I'll be ready...

really debating if i want to try and get to 175 and compete in the middleweights... tough decision, but my conditioning in that class should annihilate everyone, and still have enough size to outclass them... then take the overall for my pro card... ;\)

well, my plan is to take all of 2014 to grow again... i started this prep at 215lbs, and would like to get to 220-225 while being relatively lean (having some semblance of abs), and then start a prep cut again in Jan 15 and compete professionally (if i win my pro card) in June / July of 15, and then prolly just do it for fun...

we'll see how this pans out next month... maybe i won't like it, and will just start lifting for strenght (which is my plan anyhow), will be trying out "The Cube" method after this prep in hopes of truly increasing my lifts...

well 225 is a pipe dream really... i do believe I can do 220... 225 would be pushing it for me...

I feel I have 7-10 lbs of lean mass I can still put on me naturally to max out my natural potential... I think 5lbs is doable in 2014...

that is not an issue for me... lol

speaking of which macros are down to 40/300/240 most days at this point... and i'm basically hungry most of the day except in the morning cause that's when I train and my hunger is curbed up until about noon... after i eat, forget about it... i want to eat all day...

Are you taking any hunger killing supplements?

Caffeine is good for it, but phenylephrine is really good at it, too. I stack them.

i get about 450-500mg caffeine a day... about 250-300 in my PWO (Axiom) and then another 200mg in the afternoon (both dosed with 7.5mg Yohimbine)...

yeah with all the soccer you play, you'd have to eat like 10k a day... lol i should be able to gain nice and slowly on about 4200 after I reverse out of the prep...

lol, it actually fits pretty decent... i've tried some others and the coverage was fucking awful... i'm not a shower, but fuck they make some of these things for pre-teen asain kids... ;\)

my delts are a pretty solid bodypart for me... but definitely ready for this shit to be over so i can get into growing mode again...
