Hey captain OB1vious did you have to take time away from your 40oz of chicken you probably need a personal trainer to teach you how to eat to give me such great insight?

I won't fail, that's stupid. I'll stick to something if I feel it was working, the magic of carbnite was a temporary fix but eventually just led to really bad habits. The diet works, there is no doubt about that whether anyone wants to not admit that, but it's just not for me. Clearly, I was hellbent on proving it works.

I barely started tracking my workouts with a heart rate monitor. I've been more privy and strict about it to know exactly what I'm burning instead of a accelerometer determining what I was burning by shaking around in my pocket.

I've been lifting, I don't see how anything I've already been doing and someone tells me to do is considered advice. I hike, I crossfit, I do hiit training. Anything and everything to build up cardiovascular endurance and testosterone levels. I really don't see the benefit of your advice.

OB1 "Here let me give you some advice, you should breath oxygen, it will get you peeled."
ME "Uh thanks, I'll give that a try sometime?"

If it fits in your macros, eat whateva the fuck your heart desires... I still tell clients to consume healthy whole food sources as well so you're hitting those micros, but I'm obviously a flexible dieter at heart...

yes, the low fat options do taste like shit, but it's not the fat macro that kills pop tarts, it's the huge carb hit they deliver... \:\(

Plus, the "low fat" pop tarts aren't really that low in fat.

I'd gain weight on them.

I've been the same weight for all of August (188) and it isn't budging--even with the hard miles. I've had a couple of major cheat meals, but overall much less sugar/carbs. I'm just stuck. TT season is just about over (looks like the last one on Tues might get rained out) so whatever--that's my weight for now.

one low fat tart is 3g of fat a regular one is like 5 or 6g. thats not that much for what it is imo.

I'm all about Clif Bars (lately blueberry) on the bike if I'm more hungry and Honey Stingers if I'm less hungry. Neither upset my constitution.

That's just for one, though. Who eats just one? Plus the overall calorie count is the same between both versions.

I remember it being higher last time I looked.

Just seems weird how die hards who watch their diets so closely can't say no to pop tarts.

Perhaps I need to reevaluate \:\)
