3 plate benchers are rare in most gyms around the country... So to crap on a guy that can't bench 3 plates is a dick move...

Same. im not at a big gym at all. There is probably 2 guys there that could do it but i dont even see them going that heavy. But again i goto a anytime fitness with a majority of the people just being your everyday people. Iam a "bigger/muscular" guys there and only tipping 5'11" 192.

I wish i was at 3 plates.

Get a spotter and start upping the weight, if u can do 225 ur not far off 250 then 275 etc
