I'll be seeing the eye of newt through but if you'd like to suggest a lifting/cardio split I'll do it and record progress as I've just been doing whatever I feel like doing after a main 5/3/1 lift

I don't think lifting is your issue, although your lack of bench press videos makes me fairly certain youre weak in the bench, youre not tall or thin so you should be able to put up weight if u train it.

Your main problem is consistency in your diet and lifting, I dont do any magic but i could gain a few pounds or really lean out with a few tweaks

My routine is bare bones 3 on 1 off chest/back/legs

Chest day revolves around the flat or incline and switches every other time

Dead lifts and pullups are the core of my back day

Squats obviously for leg day



I can write it out day by day but the diet is key. Correct calories + protein. I drink a lot and i eat like shit sometimes but consistency allows me to.

Dont worry im 450 lbs and about 5'2.

Cant say I have ever claimed to be bb huge or silock shredded..in fact quite the opposite if you read silocks thread/my complaints about lack of success on a similar regime.I know being 450 lbs I shouldnt make fun of the eye of newt but theres only so much bs, excuses and attention whoring we can take. at 450 im still less than 137 though so its cool.


consistency with a good overall diet is what will win. none of this yoyo crap. you cant afford it..some people can ..you cant.

ya you are definitely a bit skinnier..at least how I see it..but thats not a bad thing especially if your strength it still there.

leaner/lighter is faster, more athletic and generally easier to go longer. youre a more lethal officer art.

Not only have I posted my pic pretty regularly in ot post pic threads, ive been "called out" numerous times in the fitness thread/forum over the yrs(by dwalk,dirty,lewis,art ,puck etc) and posted my pic many times(and other times held back for the lulz). Not only that Ive actually met and hang out with other locals on this forum. So its not like Im some mystery hiding away in a shack in North Dakota.
Ive even met some folks from the US, incl Doug.
