The rows looked pretty good... What was deal with the set that you fell over...?
I try to make contact with my stomach before going to the next rep, and it was getting harder so I pulled really hard and pretty much gut punched myself lol.
I pulled a 455 Sunday...
Good job, I haven't tested for maxes but I'm pretty sure I'm around 460 if not slightly above it now. I could've pulled that 440 for another rep the other day, but then again I was really, really mad. Like murderous rage pissed due to traffic hah. I have 1+ 405lbs this week, reps to beat is 4... Not looking forward to that.

Eat shit, feel like shit. Time to wake up and revise this "protocol"??
Has nothing to do with that, I think I ended up getting ecoli from some meat I ate, I have not seen a dr yet since I do not "feel" ill, but if I keep shitting white then I am going to a dr since worse case scenario I have cancer or a blockage in my liver. or my gallbladder is failing. I'm not having any issues urinating and the diarrhea has stopped.
I now have a dull pain on my side, either from shitting or said failure. But yet still haven't seen a dr. So I need to remedy that as soon as possible...
Cross your fingers and hope my shit comes out brown today, I'll even take green but if it's white again I definitely have a problem.

Good to hear nothing major was the issue. That is a fucked up feeling...being sick with no idea what is wrong. I've been there.
This line gave me a chuckle..."I can be fairly strict."
Let's see it.

the crossfit gym right up the street is run by an olympic gymnast dusty hyland. they do more gymnastic related things, it's all relative at the end of the day. muscle ups, reverse muscle ups, parallettes, etc.
And I to say I've made next to 0 progress by far is the stupidest claim that has ever come out of your fingers. I have not made the progress you want to see, and if anything I think supplementation had more of a factor in it than anything else rather than the foods I was eating.
regardless I'm not going to go on a tangent with you in regards to the protocol, there is enough of that on the last ten pages. And the "protocol" for weight loss is advocare, my friend has been pushing it on me for the last few months and I have refrained from bothering since it costs 200 bucks for the 30 day kit/supplements and I pretty much would be eating no dairy or processed foods 7 days a week. hence another hiatus from carbnite, etc.
I think it's bullshit, but I guess I just have to do it to prove it right?

Your intake was chronically too high, and everyone told you it was. And you've basically admitted as much.
I experimented with macro's throughout the whole thing, to say I didn't achieve results is asinine. That is not the case, do I look like shredded cheese, no. Did I progress, yes.
Did I make the leaps and bounds of progress I expected to within 6 months. Yes and No. If I would've stuck to the 1900 calorie macro's with 140g of protein and 108g of fat I would've faired better, but I wanted to try and put on a little more mass so I upped it to 180g protein and fat basically with the same carb count. And I steadily maintained a low water weight and ballooned right back up with the carb layover, which I think could've been brought back a notch due to the intake increase.
before it was necessary due to deprivation and depletion by weeks end. But I am not nearly doing half of the activity as I was before. Me not crossfitting is more of a money and morality issue at the moment more than it is a "I want to do other shit". I am not going to post on my blog I work out for free at the crossfit gym because I drew a fucking mural on the wall to pay for a years membership.
Then tell the owner I want to leave his gym, and because we're friends he wants me to workout there but he's doing bad financially as well. And I just cannot pay him 200 bucks a month to just workout there, he has nothing he can teach me I am not already doing on my own?
I talk in circles in some capacity on my blog because I am trying to talk about shit without hurting peoples feelings or emotionally charging the posts to say my programming changed because the crossfit programming catered to everyone who was new and not experienced.
It's a lot deeper I suppose no need to go into a tangent about the shit here. I want to go to a crossfit gym by my job, I know it's going to break my buddies heart that I would rather pay someone else to workout at their gym and learn shit he can't teach me. And workout with people above my level to help me get above where I am stuck due to my training partners who are always injured or going through their own shit.
I tried to change the formula that works slightly and tweak it out, it obviously stopped working because I was roadblocking myself.
Am I saying it doesn't work... no, it does.
I'll have to put ego and pride to the side for a bit, re-read the book to see where I fucked up. and also will be dropping splenda as well, any unnecessary artificial sweetening.
And I am slowly getting back into supplementation, if I notice any ailments then I will eliminate it so I don't get stuck on a 3 week break because I think I possibly have a failing liver, or colon cancer.
And I will be going to the dr's for a physical and blood work as soon as my insurance kicks in.
Thanks to those who cared in that regard.

oh god, the pictures thing again. listen here mr. vanity I've been off the last three weeks and have been eating like crap what the fuck do you think I look like right now? ronnie coleman?
You want a progress picture of me at 183 from the start of the diet then sure I'll give you that. proves nothing.
december 2012 this is when I started.

this is around march and beginning of april 2013

Lowest I got to was 180lbs, when I got to 16% bf I changed my macros and increased calories from 1980 to 2500.
I posted this, 193lbs just a few pages ago before I got sick... muscle mass definitely increased, I can tell in my delts more than anywhere else. I apologize for the glistening effect. My midsection obviously isn't shaped like an orange either.

and here I am right now, 3 weeks off diet and gym. 196lbs as of this morning.

go ahead, say it's the diets fault.

it's mostly bloat, but I do feel like a complete fat ass right now. I don't need you to poke at me mr perfect.
Again like I said, the diet works, I tweaked things where I should've rode the wave, and I will correct that mistake.
As far as advocare, no it's not an eliminator of macros or foods. it's just stupid supplements and cleanse shit along with balanced macros and clean eating. no processed shit, carb nites, etc. It's been around forever.

Whoa whoa whoa. I NEVER said you didn't achieve results. I think you could have already had the end progress you desire had you just buckled down with a reasonable deficit + exercise combo.
If I would've stuck to the 1900 calorie macro's with 140g of protein and 108g of fat I would've faired better,
That's what I mean when I say your intake was chronically too high.
but I wanted to try and put on a little more mass so I upped it to 180g protein and fat basically with the same carb count.
This is what I don't understand. Well, part of it, at least. I know that you're trying to find a sustainable lifestyle diet, but you have PLENTY of mass. You don't need more at this point. You could still make strength gains with a lower calorie intake.
he has nothing he can teach me I am not already doing on my own?
This is reasonable, and I certainly understand the financial motivation. My wife wants to work out at our friends' Crossfit gym, but we just can't afford it. It's just way too expensive.
Am I saying it doesn't work... no, it does.
The diet? This is a fact that is not in evidence. At all.
also will be dropping splenda as well, any unnecessary artificial sweetening.
Why? You know that's completely unnecessary, right? At least, in terms of fat loss and gain. Perhaps you're doing it for a different reason?
