Dosage? Site to purchase? I have friends that have used it, but never tried it. I haven't messed with a fat burner in ages.

I get most of my bulk needs at http://www.smartpowders.com

I'm going with the 15mg dosage at this point but I'm 200lbs... Apparently you can dose this stuff much higher assuming you don't have any underlying conditions...

I'm thinking it was the Green tea that tore me up yesterday cause I've taken the HCL this morning again with no issues... I'm gonna hit the green tea with my post workout meal here shortly... We shall see...

nope...

I have no interest in competing in any powerlifting events, and especially raw ones... lol... for my size i'm pretty weak for the weight classes I'd have to compete in...

I only use it on my heaviest sets, and really only squat, conventional / sumo reads... SLDL's i do without the belt cause it gets in the way... I will also use it on bent over rows as well, but no longer on the DB row as It too gets in my way when doing those...

It's a weird scheme on 5/3/1 I'm not necessarily doing whatever. I focus on a main lift and do whatever accessory lifts are available to minimize time, maximize pump and can be scaled fast.

For instance.

I rowed 2000 meters, brisk and in a restful state. Did some pendlay rows until I got to a weight where my form broke (no belt/straps)
Now that my back was full of blood. moved on to deads.
5x165, 5x205, 3x245, 3x285, 3x325, 3x365, 1x255, 1x275
And then I just did whatever after that, lat pull downs, supinating curls with fat grips, wide grip curls with fat gripz, and preachers with fat grips and got the fuck out of dodge.

But it schemes like 5/3/1 so there is the 5, the 3, the 1, and the deload. just in the particular scheme. No bullshit warm up sets.

Hit 197.8 today... i'm calling an anomoly here, but we shall see tomorrow... my activity level defintiely increased since yesterday, since being back to work...

8 hours at work vs 8 hours of chilling on the couch and watching the tube... might have to increase my macros... ;\)
