Wayne...I recall you mentioning you planned to get 10% bf and all shredded and shit in one of your posts, yet you bring it up in a negative light in the paragraph I posted.
So which is it?
I think your mind is all twisted as fuck. You can eat and still be lean, the difference is the shit choices you make. Self control, you need it. I dropped 6% bodyfat in 3 months, am I not on track, is there a problem you see. Should I lose weight faster? Please give me your expert opinion. No, I'm asking why you have that as a goal, yet you are clowning people for being lean in that paragraph. Who were you calling out? Someone obviously struck a nerve, why be passive aggressive about it?
Because being fit and healthy at 150 doesn't make for the best Facebook pictures involving dumbbells and shit. : D
Wayne is like my height...he would look great at 170 even with a bunch of muscles.
I used to support Wayne, but now that I see what he eats, I realize he has very little interest in being fit and healthy. :(. He's close to consuming more calories on his one cheat day than I do in a whole week, while running 50 miles.

LOL! but of course, but seriously.
Wayne is like my height...he would look great at 170 even with a bunch of muscles.
Eventually weight will go down, I am eager to see where this next 3 months will put me. 6% is a pretty good drop if I may say so myself especially if I am able to continue retaining or adding mass while losing FAT not lbs.
Which is what I originally said was the point, I proved my point and will continue to move forward doing so with my eye of newt voodoo diet.

To be fair, that was one day, and an impressive one at that.

I was always under the impression that 10mg of creatine a day was sufficient?
But when a box of poptarts fits the diet, lets go for 28, fuck it..why not?

Actually 3g could be a sufficient amount daily... Typically it's a 3-5g dose that gets the job done...
Is 28g going hurt you...? Highly unlikely but it's a waste of money and completely unnecessary, but that's Wayne for ya...

5g seems to be the standard dose for responders. Anything more than that after you're done loading is a waste. Loading works, but is unnecessary, as you'll get saturation with 5g eventually. BOOM

you can either choose to read or not.
http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/3562/the-ultimate-guide-to-creatine-supplementation-part-1/
http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/3583/the-ultimate-guide-to-creatine-supplementation-part-2/
http://www.dangerouslyhardcore.com/4117/the-ultimate-guide-to-creatine-supplementation-part-3/
Now as far as the creatine, fat, insulin response blah the fuck blah.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18728234
again, you can choose to read or tell me I am channeling the eye of newt or stimulating my dremora blood.
Again I'm just experimenting, I'm not reading a great novel on bro science chronicles and doing what worked for Jim Weilder back in his hey day of body building, and then going on the internet telling other people I'm right and you're fucking wrong, obviously if we had a take a shirt off contest you would see who's right. blah blah.
All of the information is there or new. As far as my tbsp of mct oil to blunt the insulin response. But also needing insulin to send creatine to the muscles. This was after my training session at the gym, post workout mixed into a shake.
I ate some stir fry mixture to get some carbs in my system, waited about 20 minutes then slammed the protein shake with all the shit in there. While I was not hoping for a full ABRUPT stop of insulin sensitivity to what I just sucked down, I do want the rate it is elevated to drop.
I imagine some weird shit happens in the human body when you sleep that doesn't happen when you're awake, hence why you can lose 3-4lbs of water weight in your sleep and not sweat. So I'm just fucking around with imaginary my little pony absorption theories to be honest.
And you know what, I blog about how it affects me either way, I'm not prepping for a contest, or trying to win a CSi fitness trophy so I am in no rush to get to 10% body fat while trying different things to stimulate muscle growth.

I read, and he goes full retard. He basically says that you'll burn through 2g per day, so a maintenance level of 2g is ineffective. This is true. However, he then goes on to HYPOTHESIZE (his words, not mine) that you'll need massive supraphysiological doses to maintain. There is no evidence to support this assertion, as many studies that investigate doses around 20g show that progressively more creatine simply ends up in urine (http://www.rice.edu/~jenky/sports/creatine.html). So, because 2g is ineffective at maintenance, you need 25g? Wtf?
I don't know where he looked for studies, but there are quite a few that show a maintenance dose of 5g to be equally effective as larger doses.
It's always the same story with this guy. He starts off with sound scientific principles, then delves into pseudoscience based upon his own untested (by him) hypotheses. And people who don't know any better just keep falling for it.

Please explain in your expert opinion what taking steroids does to someones digestive system and how you absorb proteins, carbs, fats, sodium, etc, etc, etc. As opposed to someone who is not. I would really love to hear the relevancy of your revelation.

I'm no expert, but I just can't take anyone seriously who preaches his BS while his gains have been helped on by roids. Just like I can't take anyone seriously who thinks crushing poptarts and cereal by the box is part of a legit "diet".
I know, I know....but the The Rock eats this and that!

That's fine and dandy, you probably should disregard like 80 percent of everything you know then.
Just like I can't take anyone seriously who thinks crushing poptarts and cereal by the box is part of a legit "diet".
I wouldn't recommend what I'm doing to kids, and this definitely is not something for people with health problems. But it's working, as opposed to other trickery like timing my hunger, or eating a fuckload of small meals a day with an awesome bowl of oatmeal, bananas, brown sugar, and my jamba juice to start things off right.
Again, if someone were to follow the diet, and knew what the fuck they were talking about instead of having an opinion on something that's not fully realized, or researched, yet you have an opinion on it, based off of your skeptism. Is as useful as me going to a whorehouse with 2 dicks and no balls explaining how you're going to make it rain.
Clearly these protocols can be followed by eating paleo, primal, whatever the fuck. good ole potato loading, but who in the hell wants to fucking do that. Again I am doing this for leisure, I have no plans to put on a bikini and pose in front of judgmental fucks.
So I could care less about my refeed days and who things what I'm using to stimulate metabolism, and insulin, etc, etc.
Results are results, period.
I know, I know....but the The Rock eats this and that!
I really hope you fucktards didn't think I mentioned the Rock to justify my eating habits on carb nite, it was more of a joke to Cory since he is the only other person who has experience with eating a fuckload of calories for maintenance. It obviously was not absorbed by the fasting population.

And the same thing can be said about your boy and his hypothesis that you take on as fact. You whore yourself out on your blog to spark discussion, now you get it and you come back all defensive. Isn't that the point of your blog? To share your experiences? Well to most, it's fucking ridiculous, so by now you shouldn't be surprised when people tell you its outlandish.
Why the fuck would I want to even attempt that diet? My plan is a billion times simpler and yields and maintains the results that you wish you could get. I've counted how many time my insulin levels ever crossed my mind....it's at zero.
I've said it before, keep doing what you're doing. It obviously getting the results YOU want, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to lmao when I see you crushing a shitload of junk food because it's part of your "diet."

We'll never know if we wait years and years for someone else to do the testing again at higher levels instead of regurgitating the same spewed bullshit that 20g is the standard. How are countless peer reviewed studies "spewed bullshit?" That would be much more applicable to what he is saying because he isn't actually testing it in a scientific way. Where's the large sample size and control group??
Apologies, I did not mean the actual studies referenced, I meant more the articles that reference studies from years ago without any new forward studies being performed to validate that these are still the best methods.
Yes currently it's hypothesis on Kiefers part on going over the threshold mainly because of his studies about how we burn through the maintenance level so the loading would put you at that 5g overage based off of his formula.
Without the money to invest in such a study I guess we won't have anything concrete until the medical industry see's fit. So that's what we're stuck with!
It's not science. It's just guessing.
That's a simple way to put it.
