You preached that you wanted to be 175 and 10%, no?

You're mistaken, that's not a "progress" pic, that's just where I'm at. I'm maintaining now and it's going great. I fell off during the fall on my dedication level. You know all about that.

180lb-ish and 12-14% (just guesses) at the moment while not gorging myself with shit once a week and waking up having to take painful shits.

If you're doing it "right", I'm happy being wrong. Keep it up brah!

What are your goals again Wayne? Both measurable and unmeasurable. Just curious really.

I want to get down to 10% bf just to see if I can without losing muscle mass in the process. I would probably be happy at 10-12 if it's maintainable. And if I feel mass is being sacrificed when I hit that goal, then I will begin carb back loading protocols to gain mass while minimizing fat gain.

Fair enough. Have you given yourself a timeframe or just when it comes it comes?

When it comes it comes, in my personal experience. And from trends I have seen, fools rush in. And when you try to force results, consequence follows.

You really cant chase a bodyweight number when your lean mass and fat mass are varying, faster results normally come at both numbers dropping, especially when trying to hit a number on the scale.

Wayne you do realize that certain AAS allow you to consume way more food and still lose body fat...?

You also should be aware that certain AAS gives you the ability to synthesize way more protein than without...

You're following a protocol that is promotes borderline eating disorders... You follow a "strict" low carb (I emphasize strict cause we both know that you're anything but, at least recently) and then binge on disgustingly high amounts of food once a week til you more or less can't move...

That doesn't strike you as odd...? You lose 2lbs throughout the week only to put it back on later... It's retarded bro...

You keep preaching about losing body fat while gaining muscle mass... IF you have done that (your "report" shows you did), that's going to be a short lived phenomenon...

At some point you're not going to be able to do both (I still believe the report / testing has a larger error rate than the claimed 98% accuracy)...

If you continue to get leaner, you're going to just maintain muscle mass.. You're living a pipe dream thinking it's sustainable to do both...

That's the part that boggles my mind. You won't convince me that crushing that amount of shit food is beneficial in any way. I'm sure any qualified person in this area will agree with me. Their immediate response will be a chuckle followed by...

Gorging yourself to the point where you feel like dogshit the next day... a carbnite "hangover". LOL...seems legit.

A "refeed" has been shown to help spark metabolic slowdown and also has psychological benefits when on a sustained deficit...

A refeed consists of increasing carb intake while lowering protein and fats a bit to to hit a near maintenance level...

It does not give you the freedom to go crush 8000 calories, with 170g+ of fat totally annihilating what you did the week prior... If you think that is an ideal way to lose fat, you're off your rocker...

If you're maintenance level is 2k and you take in 8k that's damn near 2lbs of fat you're looking at storing, especially if your skeletal muscle glycogen is not depleted, which lets be real... IT'S NOT...!!

alright, I issue a challenge to the csi diet experts then. For one month, starting this month or next if you need time. I will do my carb nites based off of your food suggestions, since I'm just looking at Cory's food diary and picking high carb low fat options out of his daily grind.

I will eat all natural foods for my carbnite the pre-requisites are

your combined meal plan for the day cannot go over 50g of fat for every 3-400g of carbs you prescribe.

Protein is irrelevant on carbnite, 1 day of missing maintenance is not going to effect anything. So no need to worry there.

give me a list, punch it into mfp and post a screen shot and I'll blog it and post before and after weight gains.

who's in? I certainly will back up my end since everyone is an expert.

I could eliminate the sweets no problem, like I said. I follow Vin Diezels shit food choices and maximize the quantity for carb dosages.

The cupcakes and all that shit is social stuff. Again challenge has been issued, nut up or...

Sure you can.. \:\/

You've consumed and posted more shitty/sugary foods in your 100 day "diet" than I have eaten in an entire calender year and I fucking love sweet stuff.

But it's "social" right? You eat a box of poptarts in a social setting? Dafuq?

There is no challenge, I told you...this is great entertainment. Keep at it, prove me wrong. If you get to 10%, I'll be the first to congratulate you on that accomplishment.

He will not teach 10% following this protocol...

I can certainly come up with some whole food diet for your carb night but I don't see the point... I dispute the entire protocol, not just the carb night...

Meal timing makes me cry... The goal of this thing is to enter ketosis for the week...? While I don't dispute that ketosis can be successful in burning body fat it's just not for everyone, and frankly it can be unhealthy and lead to ketoacidosis (not that I think you enter ketosis very often) ;\)

I used to believe that I could control insulin spikes by the foods I ate too... Lol... Ugh one day you may see the light also...

I don't think the majority of people realize what it takes to get to and maintain BF in the 10% and lower range. It's not easy and it definitely takes quite the effort to get there and maintain. Of course everyone is different, I'm just going by my experiences. I've reached that point while following different diet plans and it definitely a fucking chore.

Wayne, I love you and all, but you're just going about all this the wrong way. I don't know why you insist on trying to reinvent the wheel on stuff and principles that flat out work. You have goals and that's great but when myself and others try and actually help you defend what you're doing in totally the wrong way. You're making progress, sure, but honestly anyone would with core changes in what they're doing day to day would too. I give up on trying to help you until you get out of your tunnel vision mindset on what works and what doesn't.

Best of luck w/ your fitness goals in 2013!

I don't live in vanityville so we don't have body fat testing on every corner... ;-)

My pics and strength through the cut will be my only option for seeing muscle mass maintenance...
