I too, enjoy noise. IMO it has a time and place, I've been using it on all the images in a series of articles we are doing on Formula Drift teams and I think it works well for that kind of stuff.

Yeah, that kinda stuff definitely needs gritty. Also a super simple way of adding just a tad of texture.

Yep, I totally agree. However, this was a hip shot of Paul. I was showing him the X100 and had it in silent mode. He had no clue I even took it. If this was actually a session, I'd have lit it better.

Thanks Mike! Yeah I saw those, but just wanted to get an image up straight from the camera. If I were to make a print, I'd definitely have to go through it and touch up a bit to remove those as well as some other things.
