furball furball Post Master Sr Registered: 09/24/03 Posts: 9607 Loc: Toronto, ON	Picked it up last week, took 4 months. Haven't really had a chance to drive it. Moving on from a 2017 Nissan Qashqai... Initial impressions - Honda Jewel Eye headlights. Never really a fan of them, preferred Morimoto H11b HID projector kit installed on the Qashqai - Underbelly and wheelwells have fabric(?) covers with pushpins installed ... It's like hard felt? I'd imagine this shit would gather and retain water and dirt like mad... - Push button start seems to be a bit hidden? - Hate the front end - Rear windows + rear glass come tinted pretty dark (25%?) ... Just like the damn Volvo XC90, I can't quite figure out the jack + jack stand points... ... I mean, I can find one spot per wheel area, but then, if I use that, there's no spot for the jackstand... The HR-V has a section of metal that's about ... 5 inches wide, looks like an L bracket. I use that section for the jack. There's no other viable spot for the jackstand (large portion of the L bracket is covered by the 'sideskirt' plastic ... Yes, I could throw a tire under as a safety ...
