I can't exactly figure out how to remove the plug from the door, does the inside come off? Like the white piece that is inside teh door? Or does just the black piece from the outside come out?

um guys i did what u guys said, drill a hole through the molec connector and pull the wires through.. However there is one problem, that's been bothering me very much .. Somehow the plug didn't click together right so sometimes the windows will not work unless i wiggle the connector and i checked and see that the wires were not damage.. its just the plug not fitting right.. i wonder if i can just drill a big hole in the connector and reconnect the stock wires and not use the Metal PINs of the connector. any suggestions??
