I took a week off from the gym last week and got back into it middle of this week. Leg day was yesterday and the workout called for a max rep set at 365. My previous max was 4 reps but I was able to muscle out 6. I know my hips aren't as low as they should be and I'm working on it. I was pumped so I thought I'd share.

So I went on a cut and lost a lot of muscle in the process. That was a mistake. Bulking again for the last month. The OP video was a real tough 365x6. This video was taken last week and those 6 reps were easy. I could probly get 8-9 reps at this weight. Feelin good!
