I get that it's illegal, but to prove safety you really should follow standard protocol. The person making the claims towards safety/efficacy should have abundant data to point towards. Hopefully something beyond anecdotes and selfies

FDA generally requires sample sizes for a randomized study of around ~300-500 users. 50% will be a control group. Scientific method ensues. Data is used to back up claims. Safety is paramount. Trials get cancelled when bad shit happens, participant selection across demographics is crucial as well.

If someone is concerned about "what" they're putting in their body, they could always buy pharmaceutical grade gear. For example, testosterone, made by actual pharma companies, not underground labs.

What are you doing for blood work? I've been reading up on it and it seems PrivateMDLabs.com is the most ideal route to go, but I'm always curious to see what other people are doing/using.

Looking to hit a 350 bench before end of the year... by then i will be cruising on a low dose for 8 weeks before I start my next blast which i'm planning test-c 500mg along with Tren-ace 350mg a week...

I will be in a deficit at that point and looking to continue to gain mass over a 16 week period...

missed 230 OHP, but did get my 340 bench...

will be shooting for 345 next Monday, and will likely do some heavier rep work next few weeks for OHP...

Front squatting is resuming and may work up to a heavy single Sunday... shooting for 275+, but I haven't squatted in 6 months i think, and unfortunately back squats are not possible for me, as my shoulder's ROM behind me is not good at this point... still doing some rehab shit to improve that...

Got greedy this week and went for 350 on bench, and "missed it"... spotter claimed he didn't help, but if hands touch the bar, shit don't count...

Will get it this week...

Bad thing about tren is it makes walking lunges feel like you're going to die... dat buffalo like breathing is for realz...

my cardio output has been nil aside from with the g-unit, so it's no surprise to me...

i'll be posting some updated fat pics when i finish my bulk in a few weeks... plan is to cut down and be nasty at 200+ but that'd be a feat if I can achieve it, cause i was only 180 the last time i dieted down for a show...

Yeah, Tren is a bronchial constrictor because of its affect on prostaglandins. Acetate will hit you almost immediately upon injection whereas enanthate will fuck with you over the course of the week. It's definitely not a steroid for cardio athletes

I've read it can take anywhere from a week to 14 days to really start to get the benefits from tren even with the acetate ester...

I should be full retard by early next week...

Managed the 140lb db's for 6 reps on flat bench yesterday...

looking forward to it man... I will be starting my cut in about 4 weeks, so the fat will start coming off, and will still continue to grow into the cut... at least for the first 8-10 weeks of it...

If I was going down a different career path, I'd definitely try some of the oral supps.

I've been stuck at the same max bench for 6 months and I just can't break that plateau. It's frustrating.

Usually twice. Regular weight training on Mondays and max lifts on Fridays.

i'd say as a natty doing max lifts every week is a mistake...

2x a week is enough, but on your "heavy days" i'd keep rep ranges no less than 3-4...

test your max lift maybe once every 4 weeks at most...

i'm just an idiot who makes 5lb increases every week, and will continue to do so until i miss 2 weeks in a row and then i'll take my own advice... lol

I bench 3 times a week, hypertrophy day(volume reps & sets), speed day(volume dependant on weeks in, could be 6x5, could be 3x3 at appropriate percentages typically same overall volume is moved.) , power day. (75-92.5% low reps/sets)

But i'm obviously doing things to help that... for the regular Joe who is lifting, doing max work every week is going to fry your CNS at some point... and if you're already plateaued, you gotta do something different...

For each exercise I go for 3 sets of 6-7 reps max. 3rd set being a drop set.
