2015 GTI (more Si level, not CTR even...) Base Price$32,895.00 CDN My Options$1,400.00 (the 4dr with better trim and NOT leather which is $1095 more) Freight & PDI$1,395.00 just sayin'  2015 WRX STI starting from $37,995, EVO's about the same, not incl. the +++ optiosn if you choose. those would be CTR level...so if CTR shows up here and runs you 35-39k, it's expected/fair.
