So I'm currently eating sardines for the first time ever.....I don't hate them. In fact, I think I really like them, lol. Got the kind packed in Louisiana hot sauce and am eating with whole grain crackers. Think I found another snack for the rotation!

So, I didn't want to make a separate thread, but I just got my allergy tests back. In the category of food, I'm allergic to:

Corn
Wheat
Milk
Tomato
Peanut
Some citrus

Awesome. No wonder the "all meat diets" work best for me.

Mild allergies or severe?

When I was a kit, I had a test and I was allergic to tons of shit, but none were severe except fish. Fish will dead me.

IMO being allergic to that many foods, especially as an adult, is exceedingly rare.

My dad is an allergist and I used to work in his office in the summer during school. I can't ever recall seeing a patient allergic to all that shit at once!

it's max week

shooting for

260 bench
500 deadlift
420 squat

if I get more, I get more, if I get less then I get less. just motivation to grind while we taper off this useless weight.

sitting at 203 this morning. Started this program 16 weeks ago at 202lbs so weight stayed the same, lifts have gone up. Considering getting a scan to show increase in muscle mass from the last measurement I got.



shooting for an overhead press pr this week as well. here is some footage I sent my coach really just focusing on technique on the lifts. My deadlift is a bit hitchy, but it's due to the sciatica flaring up again.

Good shit. I haven't flat bench maxed in a while. I recently pounded out 275 decline after doing my 5x5 workout. Not sure what that would translate to in 1 rep flat bench situation.

Dude, I like that dumbell pull you were doing with the bench up on plates. I've always wanted to do that movement, but for some reason I've never thought of putting plates under the bench so I'd be able to do the movement and get full arm extension. Plus, I'm so jealous of your gym with all the people there. Where i m working out now there is usually some smelly ethiopian doing curls on a machine and 6 people doing "cardio" on sit down bikes. Lol. Once I get back on track I'm going to have to start going to a real gym again for the support and mptivation of seeing strong people.
