I'm pretty sure they're open... One of few places that are opened on New Years day.

McDonald's is open is it not? I have home brewed Timmies so I'm good to go for another hour hehehe.

a lot of tims were open on xmas day, you just gotta know where to look for em. I had my fix on xmas day and this morning as well. Majority of em were open at 6am today!

Only thing I hate about Timmies are their bagels, and inconsistency with respect to sugar/milk/creme .... Sometimes it's sweet as hell, other times there's no taste. (2 milk 1 sugar in a large)
