i have a 99 em1, i have had a cel on for like almost a year for the IACV, i just replaced it and still getting the same cel, i cleaned out the PCV, adjusted the idle adjustment screw, the only thing i havent tried was checking the FITV, but my car doesnt have the FITV on the bottem of the TB like most civics have. there is a coolant line that runs from, the main coolant line to the block, to the TB then the outlet side goes to the IACV. there is nothing to remove tho, the nipples for the coolant lines are all one piece with the TB. Do i just not have a FITV or is it located else where?
anything would help, need to fix ASAP to pass Inspection.
