So my sleazy brother somehow convinced my mom to make him her POA. She had a stroke about a year and a half ago. She s doing great physically but has serious bouts of depression and memory loss. He convinced her to sell her house and move in with him.I recently found out about this POA and how he magically bought a $500k house on his minimun wage salary. Fat deposit from mom Im guessing.

Can I contest the POA? Any advice? Just looking for some general info before I ask my lawyer and start lining his pockets lol.

I had something similar happen but with my grandpa... the only advice I have is to prove that your mom wasn't of sound mind when she signed this... but if your brother did this properly he would've gotten a Dr's note stating she was of sound mind.
