You're pretty much done now unless you like cold weather camping. If I was going to canoe/camp and fish Massassauga PP would be an easy choice. Lots of camp sites (Boat access only) and lots of sheltered water to get out of the winds of Georgian Bay. July/Aug will be your best months up there for good weather and good fishing.

This past summer I was canoeing and kayaking a few times a week along the Welland Canal and Niagara River system. I found it very relaxing and I decent workout too.

I feel like u have to travel at least 2.5 hours outside of Toronto to even get a decent bite. I have seen the one off big bass locally but everywhere is definitely fished out.

Nothing is really fished out, fish just become accustomed to the same presentations over and over again. Gotta mix things up a bit. I'm not a huge fan of the Kawartha Lakes, it's so fucking busy there in the summertime it's insane. Killarney is awesome, I fish Parry Sound quite a bit (Only an hour north). There are some really nice lakes in the Massassauga PP you should check out. Spider lake has awesome lake trout fishing (Especially in the spring) Check out CanadianCanoeRoutes. All kinds of info in the forums.
