Yea now its bad out there. Having said that, regardless of how bad it might be tomorrow, I think its safe to say schools will definitely be open. I'm sure there are people out there that realized they overreacted.

So how was your drive home? I foolishly went into the office today but left after 1pm and headed home. Stupid car is either traction control on and kill all power so you think you stalled or traction control off and kill you.

Had to shovel to get the car up the driveway and then went back out later (in the SUV this time) to get the kids from school because of delayed buses.

Will log of shortly to shovel once more.

Drove to Napanee in the morning as the storm was following me then left around 2pm back to Toronto. A few sketchy spots, but it took about 10 mins longer than normal.

Was driving up a hilly road downtown. 3 TTC buses stranded up the hilly parts, and I barely got up the hilly portions -- had to turn off TC, and was basically driving up going side to side \:\| ...

Yup, took 2 hours for me yesterday to clear out the driveway, sidewalk and steps. Will have to go out again today to clean up a bit. My body is feeling it from yesterday though.

Seeing pics of the St. John's etc snow storm is just crazy though.

^ very fob of you ;\)

Speaking of not shoveling, there is a rental house down the street from me, they will not shovel under any circumstance. It looks like they are going through ski moguls in their chevy cruze, people's bodies flying all over the car just to try and park, always a riot in that driveway.

LOL awesome. Unfortunately I actually do have to clear the driveway, otherwise wife’s car may get damaged.

Yeah, wouldn't want to bump that car and knock the panels out of alignment!

I'd be curious to know how effective that was. My guess is it didn't do much or rather it would take a long time to make a dent in that ice and snow.
