PowerBlocks give the weird vibe with the hand in the enclosure, and BowFlex are just too long... It's unfortunate that most if not all of these 'adjustable' dumbbells 'shift' as you're lifting, i.e. the weights aren't 100% tight... I'm aware both of these have plastic weights $\:\\|$ Not ideal, but these adjustable DBs fit the bill. Edited by furball (10/20/17 11:47 AM)
