So at 4 months old you were taking her out all the time, no regular sleep schedule etc?
I believe it, ALL OF IT!
speaking of back to basics, went back to stock wheels. The 20's ride too rough, getting old
before
after
definitely a downgrade in the looks department, but man does the car feel alive again!!!

Comfort & practicality > looks
Not just rough, but they probably wear faster and cost more to replace

No I haven't, and I believe you as the sentiment is common across owners who have. I was just merely stating that those rims look sweet

Nope. I've daily driven on the rubberband sidewalls 35,40 & 45 series. Daily driven on 12k & 14k spring rates. Daily driven with bent rims. Yes it's way worse than stock, but for me it's not that. I simply hate those penis rims, so ugly on such a gorgeous car. Rather see it roll on steelies, no joke.
Thought this was the weekend warrior though... So sell me matrix if this is now the daily.

The Audi Stock wheel isn't so bad. Have you seen Honda stock wheels lately.

I am not a fan of the oem wheels especially when parked, they look good when rolling.
I may still go back to 20s and like I said they looked amazing but this is a daily that sees random terrain on the daily. I am already lowered, one day I am driving my regular route another time I am downtown in fucked up parking garages or worse sometimes in open fields/construction zones in the middle of nowhere.
The sidewalls are 30 profile lol

Is the stock 18? 30 profile is like a wagon wheel.
If you have to roll on some random terrain, better off with stock for sure.

fatso fully MIA, dafaq
Anyway, just to keep the forum alive here is the deal.
Since she was born i've made it a routine to go out for an hour walking/whatever. Since she is close to 5 months she got bored of the bassinet and barely fits in it i started walking to random places and then we watch shit, some examples:
- Started by going to a local park to watch kids play baseball, i kept telling her it's a bad sport and she will never play it But fuck she loves watching it.
- I'd switch it up and take her to the go train station and watch the train come and peopling getting off the train.
- Go to main street and people watch, look at cars, etc.
- Now to try to erase the baseball from her head because she will not be allowed to every play that butch shit, her new passion is soccer and tennis LOL
Here we are supervising a local soccer game

I know Risky says they ride rough but those 20s are gorgeous, especially over those stock wheels Have either one of you daily driven a car on 20's? *
Yup I have and do but I can see why someone would want a softer ride too.
The fitment on those wheels was on point

My nephew plays softball (he's 5), it's crazy the number of kids that run to 3rd base after hitting the ball

yeah... been crazy busy here at work and just retarded outside of work. On the home front, we're battling the same thing discussed a few pages back - scheduling. Our struggle has been moreso me vs wife in that she's quite rigid with what she's trying to do - first feed of the day at 7-7:30, then every 3-4 hours afterwards, and at night, bathed, fed and in the crib by 19:30. Me on the other hand, I tend to ruin the schedule, pushing feeding times back, stuffing the kid's face whenever he cries, ruining the daytime feeding schedule etc.... The way I see it is that if the kid is crying and an interim feed stops it, it was probably because he was hungry... so fuck the schedule. Babies are hard
On the car side of things, the Golf R got taken in for a DSG replacement after 4xxx km last week... apparently a bunch of DSG equipped vehicles in the past few years didn't have enough fluid put in them from the factory. Rather than topping up and dealing with issues further down the road, they're just swapping out the gearbox entirely.
What's fun is that later today, we get to bring the R back to the dealer - I suspect the the tech was in a huge rush to get it done. When we picked up the car last week, the emergency tools (jack and tire inflating thing) were just lying around out of the pouch in the trunk, the wheel lock key was in the cupholder, license plate was crooked, button on the shifter now gets locked into the in position, screw that holds the rotor in place on the driver side front wasn't put in, and now there's a clunking sound over bumps in the same corner... just really really poor attention to detail.
I get that people are motivated to get shit done but if you can't put things back to the way they're supposed to be, maybe being a tech isn't for you....... In any case, once they correct this, I won't be returning... fuck these guys - right in the face.
Ok, I'm done ranting - here's a picture of my kid in a hat... probably taken while he was supposed to be sleeping... or eating... or something......
HI EVERYONE!

Damn he cute doe!!!!
That strict scheduling must be super draining. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Google dream feeding it's best thing ever. We put her to bed at 7:30 and then feed her whIle she sleeps at 10:30 and she goes until like 4am now
That's if your guy isn't sleeping through the night. Ours isn't so dream feeding helps a lot

Got some HRE wheels. They are lighter than stock, flow formed, so this is sticking to basics...right? I wanted a stealthy/basic look since i am a basic, i think it works. Might be boring for the masses tho, so i understand.
