If so, have you found it to be worthwhile? I noticed there is free same day shipping within Toronto and Vancouver so maybe it's more of an asset for you GTA guys?
I've always been fine with the spend >$25 for free shipping, but now its gone up to $35 and the last 5-6 things I've purchased with their free shipping didn't even leave the Mississauga warehouse for 5-6 days, before it would always just ship out the following day. I'm assuming they are holding back free shipping orders so that people either pay for shipping or buy prime.
I'm on the fence, I make quite a few purchases a year, would probably make lots more with the 2 day shipping. I wish they would at least offer something else for your $80, at least the US gets the amazon television service.

I am a prime member. But not all item qualifies for the same day shipping. Plus the Canadian Prime member doesn't come with the free Amazon streaming services \:\(

I'm a prime member as well. It's worth it for me since a lot of my purchases are under the $35 threshold and having same day or 2 day shipping is great. They also deliver on holidays I've noticed.

I have Prime and like it. Everything that I've ordered 2 day shipping has shown up the next day. It's been worth it for me with the amount of stuff I've bought.

Screw it, i'm going to join, i've probably spent over $50 already this year paying for next and 2 day service for stuff I needed quickly. Hopefully they bring extra incentives like streaming to Canada soon.

Can you still share prime with family? Like could my sister in AB use it?

I would only share it with people I trust, in this case it's perfect. It's not really meant to be shared with a different profile for different users etc but the work around is pretty easy since you can save different addresses and payment methods. Just have her sign in with the shared login and password and have her select her address and her credit card upon checkout. Still have the confirmation emails sent to you and forward it to her for her purchases

Oh and I've been for around 2 years now. Didn't think I would use it much but I find myself ordering less than $10 and having it shipped right away. I hardly shop in brick and mortar anymore

Woah.

Last Friday i noticed the free shipping minimum increase to $35 from $25.

Amazon used to be awesome, i would get the my packages (free shipping option) within 2 days.

I didn't realize how much i order from amazon, so i decided to try to 30 prime trial. Now that the free ship min has increased to $35. I think i might become a member.

I ordered items on Thursday night and they all arrived Saturday.

The only issue I have had with the 2 day shipping is the processing time can take longer than expected on some items. They get you by advertising the 2 day shipping, but they don't say some items take longer the process if they are not a popular item and may not be at a local warehouse...even though they show in stock on the site lol.

I've ordered before and took 3 days to get the item shipped out, but when it did it arrived in less than 2 days. I've only had 1 item take a week to get to me which I complained but they really don't compensate just the plain old
"Were sorry BS"

Look's like amazons own...sometimes plain white vans would show up with some dude that looks like he drives for uber dropping the packages off

As a prime member 2 day free shipping has a guaranteed delivery date, at least that's what I usually see.

I have no idea what courier.

Amazon delivery has been on point for me more often than it has not.
