62% increase over the course of the last 5 years.

Hydro going up
Water going up
Gas going up
pain going up

BRB, need to buy more anal lube. wait, did that go up too?

Folks who voted the liberals are oblivious to just how "smart" they are. Let's face it, do you think the provincial government will make good use of the extra cash it collects from boosting the cost as stated above?

I think the problem most people have with c2k posts are not about bitching about the Liberals but that you keep bitching at the voters. Not having voted for Liberals myself, I hear what you're saying, but I think we're tired of hearing the "I told you so, I told you so, nah nah nah" posts. Everyone bitches about the Liberals and will rightfully continue to do so, but it comes off like you're aiming your bitching to people on the forum as you take a "I'm smarter than you because I didn't vote for them" attitude.

I actually agree with C2K on pointing the finger at the voters.

Everyone knew the Liberals were robbing us blind before Wynne took power. There were warnings everywhere that Wynne was the wrong choice for a premier.

Most of the voters that gave the Liberals their majority were the unionized people that were just scared that Conservatives would dismantle their unions, benefits etc.

So yes... like C2K, I'm pointing the finger at those who voted Liberal for the problems we now face!

As far as voting is concerned, one of 2 things needs to happen:

1 - We force EVERYONE to vote! The ones that vote all t he time are hardliners these days with the middle-of-the-road voters being totally apathetic. That would change if everyone is forced to vote.
2 - Nobody votes! Kill democracy altogether because people are just not using properly.

I'm greatly amused at the satire in this statement.

Of course the statement was silly. That's sort of the point.

The thing is Ontario is the most indebted sub sovereign jurisdiction in the world, its literally half the population of California with twice the debt. No matter which government comes into power, shit is not going down.

The liberals are the most wasteful corrupt government I have seen though.

Simple: control the out of control Liberal spending.

I'm not saying the debt will go away but a fiscally conservative government would balance the books and set the stage for a long term debt reduction and lowering of our taxes.

Whether Brown is the one who'll do that, nobody really knows. But at this point anybody else is likely better than horseface.

there needs to be some mechanism in place for the people to demand another earlier election. And not have to wait for the dumbass politicians decide. The whole system is F'd imo.
