I see them pretty often. Are people doing this on purpose for 407 and shit? This is a B plate too, so fairly new, yet it's all peeled?

Y'all see this often?

There are whole lot of them out there.
My buddys custom plate urchased in 2012 is completely peeled off too.

The ministry decided to replace them for free but not the custom ones.

They could.
But those plates are defective and not everyone's plate is covered for free.
I think they are giving some time.

I think I read they only replace ones that are 3 years or newer for free.
But a lot of 5-6 year old plates have this issue.

Edit. 5 years or newer they replace for free.
