A tax on top of a tax. Alright I think this is enough.

It's actually pretty bad, like an uppercut to the jaw.
The economy is already tanking. Permit applications are down 30% overall, construction all around is suffering, banks just raised condo restrictions that builds can't start until 100% of the building is sold, not that long ago it was 80%.
No one is talking about it tho, the economy is going down the shitter and layoffs are not far away, this carpet munching cunt is proposing this shit now. I am actually kinda ragey.

Also BC just implemented a 15% foreign investment tax ( about 5+ years too late and too light lol). At least they did something however

Cash out with the high house prices, move to PEI?
Move to texas, live like a king, and potentially lose your life if getting gas after dark.

I have an uncle in texas. When my dad went to visit, he specifically told him not to go walking in the neighbourhood after dark. It was a predominantly white hood, and he wouldn't be safe from the cops. My father being retired loves to go for a walk in the neighbourhood after dinner.
/Not moving to Texas.
thats easily the most fucked up story ever told on CSI. Unreal.

^ plenty of places in the states where I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around after dark (save for the touristy places within all big cities) and I generally don't trip out easy.

Do you want me to cover it by state? There are many places that I wouldn't feel comfortable walking outside at night (outside of the happening areas).
Want to walk around LAX at night? How about Detroit outside of downtown going from 7 mile and going up from there. Houston, TX, same shit, another dump, Jamaica NYC, etc etc
All places that were sketchy as fuck, during broad daylight a homeless guy charged at me with a broken beer bottle at a red light (in Compton, which isn't even that bad nowadays).
8th/9th mile in Detroit, even during daylight, chances are you are going to get mugged.

I drove through here one day bored after work, no fucking chance I am coming out of the car and between all the boarded up houses people were creeping/watching me.

there was a few times when I thought to myself, "wtf am I doing walking around drunk, dressed nice in the middle of queens NY (and I did this a few times LOL)at 2,3,4,5,6am
to my surprise we were never bothered at all, the streets were pretty quiet actually
NY has really cleaned up imo, and to tell you the truth after all this BS that's happening here, the states is looking better and better.

So... despite all your cop complaints, being in the GTA is much better right?

I lived in Atlanta, Georgia for one year (my grade 12 year). I lived in the suburbs, pretty nice area, but it wasn't advised for me to walk around at night as well. On the paper it always said some poor hardworking mexicans/ immigrants get beat down with baseball bats just cause they were walking home. IT was usually the confederate folk.
That being said, Atlanta was pretty Getz.

NYC is fine man you can walk all around that mofo and be fine most of the time.
You've seen me I stand out as a white guy and I walked through the "hood" in many places all over and never had an issue. Even at all hours of the night

What surprised me was how ghetto San Diego is... we rushed back to the hotel when it started to get dark. Maybe we were in the wrong area (Gas Lamp; across from the Westfield Mall). West Coast FTW but even the touristy area gets ghetto at night like Santa Monica, SF Union Square, etc...
