Outgoing or not, the on-power push is not going to change. It's a high torque, high hp fwd car. Touch that pedal and it's push city. It doens't work in all situations. Such is life of a car of this nature. That best motoring video though, that course that they were on simply exasperated the understeer though - they had to be on power to get a good time--at the expense of chewing up the front tires.

I sat in an NSX at my dealer the other day, its definitly not designed for a big gweilo like me lol. Sweet car otherwise. Very small in person. Sounds mean too.
CRV looks decent. More upmarket for sure. Id like to see an Acura version of it or the HRV.

hhhhhhnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggg
http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1997-acura-integra/
This Acura Integra Type R is one of just 320 examples built for the US market in 1997 and is finished in Championship White over black cloth with 80,356 miles from new. This two-owner example was traded in direct to Bridgewater Acura in New Jersey, who is now offering it for sale. The car has been left mostly stock with the only alterations being a Vibrant exhaust system, new StopTech rotors/pads all around, and Goodridge brake lines. Although the included Carfax report is accident-free, the car has had some body and paint repair on the front-end as detailed below, and it remains in good cosmetic condition overall. A recent service was just completed and this Type R is now offered with a clean New Jersey title.
This ITR was traded in directly to Bridgewater Acura by its second owner, who purchased a four-door vehicle for practicality reasons. Of the 3,823 Type R’s produced for the US market, just 320 were made for the 1997 model year and all were painted Championship White.
Although the included Carfax report shows no accidents, the selling dealer points out that the factory VIN tags are missing on the front fenders, front bumper, and driver’s door. The hood, passenger door, rear hatch, and rear quarter panels retain their tags. Based on inspection, it appears that the front and some of the side of the vehicle has been repaired/repainted, but no evidence of structural damage has been found. The selling dealer describes the paintwork on affected panels as a nice but not perfect, with the rest of the car presenting nicely. A small crack in the front lip is shown above on the passenger-side. eiiiiihhhh
Out back, this ITR looks clean with the seller mentioning the rear bumper’s fitment is slightly off and could use a small adjustment as seen above. A Vibrant cat-back exhaust system has been fitted and reportedly gives the car a nice growl at idle and under power.
Factory 16″ alloy wheels are wrapped in Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires with plenty of tread remaining according to the seller. The braking system was just addressed with new StopTech rotors and pads at all four corners in addition to the fitment of new Goodridge brake lines.
The ITR-specific black cloth seats with red stitching look to be holding up well with some typical wear on the driver’s outer bolster and thigh support. All surfaces appear to be in clean condition.
The center armrest-mounted Type R placard is shown above. All instrumentation, lighting, and features are said to be in solid working order including the optional A/C that reportedly blows cold. The interior has been left stock down to the factory radio.
Under the hood, the factory 1.8L B18 inline-four makes use of Honda’s famed VTEC system and was quoted at 195 horsepower at 8,000 rpm and 130 lb-ft. of torque at 5,700 rpm when new. Combined with a close-ratio 5-speed manual transmission, these cars are known to have excellent performance with a sub-2,600 lb. curb weight.
The engine has been left completely stock, with the factory front strut tower brace pictured above. Being a Northeast vehicle, some corrosion and oxidization is present on various engine bolts and components according to the seller. A recent service included an oil change, new battery, ABS sensor, and a lower ball joint. The engine is said to run nicely with no current mechanical needs.
