So I managed to bulk up to a whopping 252lbs by the end of October 2015...
Decided to cut down as at 250+ I just didn't feel "comfortable"... Hit a low of 219 last Friday then ate the house this weekend and got back up to 227 as of this AM...
Goal is to get to 215 then kinda get into a "gaintenance" mode until June then decide if I want to do a show in November... It's doubtful but if I don't do it soon I never will... Damn near 40 so gotta shit or get off the pot...
