Most of my goals are CF related but ones that would make sense to everyone on here:
-5:40 mile -Sub 20 minute 5k -Deadlift 525# -Front squat 335# -Overhead Squat 275# -Row 300,000 meters -Get nutrition dialed in
Damn a 5:40 mile would be insane with those other #s

National qualifying times in 50,100 free, hopefully A standard. Outside shot at 100 breast and 100 IM. Made the 50 only heh /shocker
Olympic tri sub 2:45 (should be easy)--2015 will be the first time at this distance since college.
Nailed it by 2 minutes and change when I was sick as fuck :p
Hoping to have the speed to go around 22:00 on the 1500m swim leg (I'll get a pool time to verify this is a big thing for me as I've avoided anything over a 200 unless I was being punished for something )
23:25 LCM when my lap counter no-showed. Close enough for having no idea what lap I was on. Ok maybe not

Half marathon sub 2h in SF (hilly, should be a bitch, I am slow and new to running and the bridge backs up)
missed it by 40s. Got a normal long slow run of 1:53 thou at the end of the year with some vert, I got a lot faster.
Thinking about a half iron on a flat course.
Didn't do it. Doing wildflower 70.3 in 2016 tho (sub 6:00 is my grabass guesstimate)
Should do a century in 2015 and maybe a marathon or at least a long training run >20 miles Drop 8# of fat to hit <15% bodyfat

Jeez--this year has been hard to top. My best year evAr.
Run more--and not get injured
Work on the abs more--although I'll be 43 in May, so that might be out of the question at this point
Throw down some better TT times this summer
Come closer to a 6 hour century this summer
Just committed to my first cyclocross race on 1/11. Hopefully we don't get buried in snow before then.
Let's see--did a decent amount of running, but took some time off from it over the summer. Didn't get hurt, though.
Core is the same.
TT didn't run this summer--different club who couldn't get insurance. Allegedly coming back under the shop that originally ran it.
Century was slow this summer--hilly.
Did a few cyclocross races.

I never got to do the Olympic Tri so added it again for this year. If I can afford a decent bike, probably step up to a Half Ironman late in the year or early 2017 (Oceanside?).
