Completely fell off the past week. I'm sure I gained 2-3 lbs. Legitimate 2-3 lbs. I've lost motivation. Getting beck into the gym tonight after being absent the whole past week.
I think you should try to manage a more realistic calorie and stop trying to shred weight and just keep working out. I think you will surprise yourself on how the weight will continue to come off and also allow to maintain working out with out feeling fucked everyday. Great and I mean great job on losing all that weight.
