Has anyone tried an electric, battery-operated snow-blower/thrower? I'm considering them but the cost of a second/replacement battery is insane. (it's on par with buying a razor + blade replacement conundrum.)

If I'm picking up one of these, the portability would make sense - sis lives about 10 mins away...Throw it into the trunk, and do her area as well.

My area is (smaller) ~3-car driveway + sidewalk.

Got a battery operated one. Snow Joe from Lowes. Great reviews. Heard about it from a friend last year and bought it on sale. Now I actually look forward to clearing snow from the driveway. But I have a small driveway so that's why this works for me.

Yup I have the snow joe battery operated one as well. Bought on clearance for $100 reviews look to be pretty good, we'll see if it ever snows.

Grab the dewalt 20v brushless trimmer. Picked one up this summer and did my whole backyard which was full of weeds up to my knees. No issues at all.

yeah i tried it a bit around 12:15am and it was broken.
walmart also wouldnt process my shit...wifey did it this morning.

hilarious big name sites can't even handle just Canadian site traffic on black friday which is a fraction of the size of what US sites are getting - fail.
