Lulz, I bought a kakimoto exhaust from Roger and Kevin when they ran Speedstate Talk about service, Kevin delivered it to my condo when we lived downtown Those were awesome times My GSR head back from Japan after being ported and polished by Jun ;). It had Jun3 cams, valvesprings, retainers and light weight valves, I would rev that puppy to 9500 RPM with no issues
lol, I had teh speedstate windshield banner
That Integra... I was obsessed. It sounded so mean, that vtec crossover was RUDE.

It's sitting on a hoist at the shop. Need to decide whether to finish it or sell it. Feel bad that it's taking up space in the main area.

The shop doesn't need hoist space?!?!
He had a storage facility for many years, so it was in there for most of the time. He got rid of the storage space, so now the car is in the shop. Hence, why I feel bad that it's now taking up his space. He's got 2 other hoists, so it's not like it's critical. His own race car is sitting underneath mine. Lol.
It's sitting on a hoist at the shop. Need to decide whether to finish it or sell it. Feel bad that it's taking up space in the main area. You still have possession of the MR2? I don't need a MR2 but for some reason I want one to keep as collector item lol
Yep, still have it, but haven't seen it in over 10 years. It's gonna cost me $3-5k to finish it. I have 3 options:
1. Finish it as planned. I still have a buy a bunch of things to complete it. The car would probably put down 350+ whp, but I'm an old man now. I have zero plans to put it on the track would probably never even drive it hard.
2. Put a stock setup back into it. I would either need to find a rear clip from Japan or find someone to trade me a stock setup and some $.
3. Sell the car. I could probably get maybe $7-8k for it as is.
I would prefer option #2 since I could keep the car and outlay minimal $. It's probably the toughest though since MR2s aren't exactly a dime a dozen anymore.

I could sell my existing setup. I have a bunch of high ticket items that I wouldn't need (eg. Quaife LSD, turbo, etc).
I feel like option #2 will cost more than $3-5k, no?
