constantly growing, constantly evolving

companies are now asking me to submit media kits when asking them about running ad campaigns in the magazine and inquiring about doing product reviews. how many of you have media kits outside of your photo portfolios and websites?

here is mine if any of you could review it and shoot me some constructive criticism

thank you

On the chart last page, where you do "Pdf, JPEG" be consistent down the column. The first row differs from the others. Also, the pics look low-res, I dont know how important that is for this scenario, but they looked pixelated.

Copy editing looks pretty good for the most part. Nit picking,

Don't like the font below the logo on the front page. that's a design choice though
Second page, out-landing and over landing are too similar. Make it the same or change one completely. That second sentence is weird, like it needs "We're all about....." It's just a statement right now. Is your audience professional fabricators or home fabricators? I think that market would be different for fabricators. Maybe check the end of the description, because the next page has some of the same things. "We cover these events" is on both pages
Might take the 4:13 average time on site off, that's not that impressive, especially if it's the magazine site
Is "CPM" cost per million? When you're dealing with thousands of views, millions is pretty big.
What's a "large rectangle"? 1/2 page? 2/3 page? 1/4 page?
Alignment of the "for more information" on the last page is off. The text runs off the edge.
You NEED to get a domain name and email for that domain name. It's unprofessional to have iCloud.com as your email address. Anytime someone does any kind of transaction, whether it's photography, dog grooming, whatever, I want to see a real domain name in their email.

Oh yeah, and the photos need to be crystal clear. I know there's some compression for file size, but it's got to look good. This is an extension of your product to the people that are going to be paying you money. Make it look GREAT

I don't know about that, make sure when you export, to set quality to "best". I've used Keynote and Pages pretty extensively for pdf's and have good results. If you need to condense further, if you have access to Acrobat Pro, Distiller does a good job of compressing them. Apple's PDF engine isn't very efficient at compressing

On top of what others have said, the one thing that really stood out to me was 'Summer Media Kit July 2015'. I mean it is now August 2015, so are you giving me an old one? Are you going to update it monthly? I'd think doing it either seasonal or yearly should be fine IMO. Summer 2015 or simply Digital Media Kit 2015 would be fine.

There's no need to have 'July' in the title... Summer '15 works just fine.
